How do I register / create an account?
To create an account, click register on the top menu button, fill in your details and then click “register”
How do I sign in to My Account?
To sign in to your account, click My Account, enter you email and password into the give fields and then click “login”.
I’ve forgotten my password, what do I do?
Click My Account, then click “forgot password”, enter your email into the field and click ‘Reset Password’. We will then send you an email with a link to reset your password. Once you receive the email, click the link and follow the instructions.
How do I update my account information?
Login to your Sibava account, here you have options to change your password, your email and edit any of your stored addresses.
How do I update my shipping and billing addresses?
Log into your Sibava account. In the “My Addresses” section click edit on either shipping or billing address. You will be presented with all your saved addresses.
What paper stocks do you use?
We use a wide variety of paper stocks from many different suppliers. As it is a natural product, from time to time the feel can sometimes vary and we constantly monitor this to ensure the best quality product.
What ink do you use?
We use eco friendly vegetable based inks as we believe that printing should be as kind to the environment as possible. This is just one of the ways we help to achieve this.
